LIBERALISM AS A SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL IDEA AND EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE

The article is devoted to defining the main socio-philosophical views on liberalism and libertarianism in scientific discourse of political social philosophy; highlighting process integration liberal ideas into Ukrainian educational policy implementation provisions practice; investigating origins modern describing its conceptual positions, forms types. study identified principles, compared principles relation education system horizontal interconnections institutions policy. As a result exploration, it was determined that as socio-cultural phenomenon focus constant attention an important role planning state played by historical experience, structure prevailing socio-political ideas.
